The «Beelder Construction» LLC exists since 1998 under the name “Vahagn and Samvel.” Starting from 2021, the company changed its name to «Builder Construction» LLC.

Our History
«Beelder Construction» LLC was founded in 1998 under the name “Vahagn and Samvel.” Starting from 2021, the company changed its name to «Builder Construction» LLC.
In 2002-2003, the reconstruction of Sayat-Nova Avenue, Tumanyan, and M. Adamyan streets of Yerevan were the first huge projects of the company. The projects were supported by the Lincy Foundation. In 2007 the company was engaged in the reconstruction of Tigran Mets Avenue.
Currently, the company is involved in road construction, hydraulic technology construction, and the production of asphalt-concrete and cement-concrete mixtures.
From 2015-2016 the company is involved in the construction of the North-South transport corridor. During this project, the road junction of Nor Shirak Street – Artashat Highway was built in Yerevan. Later, in 2017-2018 the company built road junctions of the western ring road of Yerevan.
By being one of the major taxpayers of Armenia for more than 20 years, «Beelder Construction» LLC has become an honest partner and a reliable employer. Innovative methods of project management working style nowadays have become one of the main competitive advantages of the company.

As the safety of our employees is our deepest concern, we pay huge attention to the maintenance of the safety norms of equipment and the application of safety rules by our employees. Each new employee gets acquainted with the safety rules during the transition to work, and in the construction site they’re also instructed by their supervisor.
In our company, quality control is an ongoing and permanent process. The materials intended for the site works are subjected to appropriate laboratory examination in order to ensure a quality result in accordance with the required standards.
We give huge importance to human lives; that is why we do our best to ensure the safety of the environment, people’s well-being, reliability, and safety of the roads constructed by us.
