About Us
The «Beelder Construction» LLC was founded in 1998 under the name “Vahagn and Samvel.” Starting from 2021, the company changed its name to «Builder Construction» LLC.
In 2002-2003, the reconstruction of Sayat-Nova Avenue, Tumanyan, and M. Adamyan streets of Yerevan was the first huge project of the company. The project was supported by the Lincy Foundation. In 2007 the company was engaged in the reconstruction of Tigran Mets Avenue.
Currently, the company is involved in road construction, hydraulic technology construction, and the production of asphalt-concrete and cement-concrete mixtures.

From 2015-2016 the company is involved in the construction of the North-South transport corridor. During the project, the road junction of Nor Shirak Street – Artashat Highway was built in Yerevan. Later, in 2017-2018 the company built road junctions of the western ring road of Yerevan. By being one of the major taxpayers of Armenia for more than 20 years, Beelder Construction has become an honest partner and a reliable employer.
