"Beelder Construction" LLC was founded in 1998 under the name "Vahagn and Samvel". In 2021, the company was renamed "Builder Construction" LLC.

Our story

"Beelder Construction" LLC was founded in 1998 under the name "Vahagn and Samvel". In 2021, the company was renamed "Builder Construction" LLC.
The company's first large-scale project was the reconstruction of Sayat-Nova Avenue, Tumanyan and M. Adamyan Streets in Yerevan in 2002-2003. The project was implemented with the support of the Lincy Foundation.
And in 2007, the company also engaged in the reconstruction of Tigran Mets Avenue.
Currently, the company is engaged in road construction, hydraulic engineering, and the production of asphalt concrete and cement concrete mixtures.
In 2015-2016, we began working within the framework of the North-South Road Project. During the project, the New Shirak Street - Artashat Highway junction in Yerevan was constructed. And in 2017-2018, we constructed the junctions of the Western Ring Road of Yerevan.
Being on the list of major taxpayers in Armenia, "Builder Construction" has become a conscientious partner and reliable employer over the past 20 years. Innovative methods of work and project management have become one of the company's competitive advantages today.

Technique and Quality Control

The work process is carried out using leading and innovative technologies. For us, updating and acquiring modern equipment is a priority, which is used to ensure high quality work. The equipment is purchased directly from the manufacturer, which allows us not only to ensure high annual technical service, but also to train our employees by the best specialists.
Considering the safety and security of employees as a priority, we attach importance not only to the technical safety standards of equipment, but also to the observance of occupational safety rules by employees. Each new employee is introduced to safety rules upon starting work, and is also instructed on site (construction site) by the construction site manager.
The quality control process in our company is continuous and permanent. Raw materials intended for work carried out on site undergo appropriate laboratory testing to ensure results that meet the required standards and quality.
Human destinies are important to us, which is why we pay maximum attention to environmental safety and human health, as well as the serviceability, safety, and reliability of the highways we construct.
